This page states the terms and conditions under which you use theneworiginals.eu website. When you place an order with us at our webshop theneworiginals.eu., you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will advise you of this via email. We will notify by email immediately of any cancellation.
For all orders in Amsterdam, we offer the service to deliver the same day (within 1 to 2 hours). This extra service we provide in cooperation with NUNODIG. For areas outside of Amsterdam, we maintain the normal delivery time of 2 to 5 days.
Availability
We will ensure that the webshop does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can.Privacy

We will accept returns, and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned. To send the item back please contact us via info@theneworiginals.eu. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. When placing an order at our webshop, you are responsible for the cost of return.Faulty Items
We will return a product for faulty if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure.Shipping
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
